Where does Defining Moments Hawaii Service?

We service the entire island of Oahu. Interisland service is possible with additional Travel Fees.
How do I book?
Does Defining Moments Hawaii book hotel rooms or Airbnb’s?
Does the client have to be present during the decoration process?

No, most customers are never present during this process. For Hotels, guests must add our names to the hotel reservation, so upon arriving we are able to get our own keys from the front desk. For Airbnb’s, self check in instructions must be sent prior to the service.
Do we support customization for our services?
Can I schedule a last minute booking?
How long does set up take?
How far in advance do I need to book?
Do your picnic settings include food?
Do your picnic set up company service representatives stick around during the luxury picnic?

After our luxury picnic representative sets up your luxury picnic and makes sure that you have everything you need, they will leave and not return before your picnic is over. They are usually not too far away from the picnic area, so please contact the representative by telephone or by text, should an emergency occur.
What is the cancellation policy?

In the case of rain or extremely windy weather, you have the option to make reschedule the event to a later date. Any other cancellations will result in the loss of the 30% non-refundable deposit. Please note if the remaining balance has not been paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled picnic start time, Defining Moments Hawaii has the right to terminate the picnic and the event will be consider a cancellation, resulting in the loss of the 30% non-refundable deposit.
