No, most customers are never present during this process. For Hotels, guests must add our names to the hotel reservation, so upon arriving we are able to get our own keys from the front desk. For Airbnb’s, self check in instructions must be sent prior to the service.
Yes, we can service last minute bookings with what we have in stock. There will be less options for customization. Additional late booking fees will apply.
After our luxury picnic representative sets up your luxury picnic and makes sure that you have everything you need, they will leave and not return before your picnic is over. They are usually not too far away from the picnic area, so please contact the representative by telephone or by text, should an emergency occur. Also allow 20-30 minutes notice prior to when you would like to leave so we have time to arrive to clean up.
No full refunds will be offered for any booking. If canceling within 72 hours of your booking date, a 50% refund will be refunded to your original form of payment. No refunds will be made if canceling within 72 hours of you booking date. We can offer rescheduling to a later date if notified within 72 hours of booking date. Rescheduling of you booking must be within 30 days of you original booking date.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to leave earlier than planned. All picnic decor and equipments are in the clients responsibility during the event. Please do not leave before we return to clean up to ensure safety of property.
